Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
Returns You may return any item within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at invokeprocorp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 15 days of delivery
- Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition
- Gift cards
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
